Can I add shifts ahead of time?
Yes. Add scheduled shifts for the week, then adjust the times afterwards if a shift ran long or you left early. Recurring schedules for shifts that repeat every week are part of Shiftly Pro.
What if I forget to clock in?
Add the shift manually with the start time, end time, and any breaks. The hours and earnings are calculated the same way as a live-tracked shift.
Can I track shifts for two jobs?
Yes. Each job has its own hourly rate, currency, color, and settings so shifts stay separate. The free app includes a limited number of jobs; Shiftly Pro removes the limit.
Does Shiftly handle overnight shifts?
Yes. A shift that starts in the evening and ends after midnight is tracked as one shift with the correct duration.
