Use of the app
Shiftly is a personal shift and hours tracking app for iPhone. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Estimates are informational
Pay estimates and hour calculations provided by Shiftly are for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as official payroll, tax, or legal records. Always verify your hours and pay with your employer.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app. Shiftly provides tools to help you track your work, but it is your responsibility to verify that your records are correct.
Subscriptions and billing
If Shiftlyoffers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Website calculators and tools
The work hours calculator, paycheck calculator, and other tools on this website are provided for informational purposes only. Results are estimates and may not account for taxes, deductions, overtime rates, or local payroll rules. Do not rely on these tools as official payroll or tax records.
Availability
We aim to keep Shiftly available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
Shiftlyis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate pay estimates or lost data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
